This issue is causing multiple actions to fail.

Sentry issues (with stacktrace):

This happens whenever a part of the code tries to fetch an option. They are all stored in the database and the same line of code doesn't work in Tinker.

Due to this issue, all features that rely on sending notifications are broken, because some of these notifications are enabled via options.
